The multicultural trio - formed more than twenty years ago by these outstanding artists- meets again to present on this occasion a repertoire composed of original music for guitar, of his own authorship and that of other composers, that combines Latin American music of various genres with scholarly guitar music, as well as features of improvised music.
José María Saluzzi is a guitarist and composer born in Buenos Aires in 1975, within a family of musicians. Son of maestro Dino Saluzzi, Argentine composer and bandoneonist, Since I was a child, José María demonstrated a natural talent for music and grew up in a very favorable environment, where music was sustenance and channel of communication. He grew up surrounded by international musicians and was with his father in the best studios and concert halls in the world.. First, accompanying him since he was a child as a son and witness of his extraordinary international artistic career, and from a very young age, as a musician, recording for the first time as a drummer and percussionist on the prestigious ECM record label (Edition of Contemporary Music) Mojotoro (1991) to their 16 años. From his first recording on ECM, will begin the path that will take him through various cities around the world playing with his father on tours, concerts and recordings. A los 18 años, takes a professional turn and decides to dedicate himself to the guitar, instrument in which he achieved great technical and artistic development. After living in Europe, and share different artistic projects with international musicians, and also alternating with the Argentine musical field, between the years 2011 Y 2013 He co-produced the album El valle de la infancy for the ECM label., which is the last record of the Saluzzi family, made entirely in the family's own studios in Buenos Aires. Also since the year 2016 forms the trio “Saluzzi-Fracchi Bisgaar”, together with the double bassist Juan Fracchi and the Danish percussionist Ulrik Bisgaar , with whom he proposes an acoustic musical approach combining Argentine folkloric airs, airs of tango and climates of Nordic jazz. Sebastian Zambrana is an Argentine guitarist and composer teacher.. His music is nourished by Argentine rhythms and harmonies., the language of jazz and the repertoire of academic guitar. He is currently unemployed as a guitarist with the Spanish guitar playing his compositions on solo guitar, with electric guitar with Zambrana Trio. Together with traditional Tango groups, New tango and different popular music and chamber music formations. Teacher at the Astor Piazzolla Conservatory of Music in Buenos Aires.
