They offer a conceptual show, “De muchas formas lo mismo” un viaje en el tiempo, traditional dances like Palito, When, Refalosa, They are part of the repertoire that does not repeat genres, to highlight the different and varied styles of Argentine music.
The project was born in duo format (violín, guitarra y voces). After two tours to Europe and releasing an EP, The concept of folk music twinned with dance grows and the bandoneon is added.
They recreate and compose traditional styles prioritizing the diversity of less popular dances. Three artists with parallel careers Abi González, (premio Gardel) Violeta Videla, (He was a violinist of the National Symphony Orchestra) Federico Siksnys, (multi instrumentalist and composer)
Andres Pilar
Musician and teacher. In 2016 forms the group Don Olimpio, with whom he has released the albums “Dueño no have”, «My fortune» and «I come», the three nominees for the Gardel Awards, winning in 2020 the award for Best Folklore Album and in 2021 the National Endowment for the Arts award. Together with Juan Quintero and Santiago Segret he released the albums “Patio” and “Patio vol. II”, Gardel winners 2019 Y 2022 for best folklore group. In 2023 Together with Nadia Larcher, he publishes the album Amor y knowledge about poems by his father Horacio Pilar. He directs the Bachelor's Degree in Argentine Music at UNSAM where he also works as a teacher..
