Music that traveled: a listening session
An intimate experience for violin and cello that proposes listening to music as a language in motion.
From melodies of Irish roots, the program traces its journey over time: how these musics came out of Ireland in the 19th century, How they changed accents in America, They arrived in Argentina and how today they can be heard again from another perspective.
In this tour there also appears a subtle dialogue with the Argentine musical landscape — echoes of song and local sensitivity — where music is not presented as something fixed., but as something that transforms.
Between music, word and silence, the proposal does not propose a traditional concert, but a night of attentive listening, where each piece is part of the same route.
