The Sonora Cartographies Festival brings together Argentine musicians and instrumental projects that explore the intersections between modern jazz, Latin American music and various sound traditions of the world. Its programming proposes a journey through different aesthetics and territories, through original and current works that take up and reinterpret local roots from a contemporary perspective with a strong improvisational component.

Meanwhile, Maia Korosec and her group will perform music from Impulso, album recorded live with Ivo Mazzeo (guitar) and Sebastian Loaiza (batería), which includes four original compositions, two jazz standards and a song by Fernando Cabrera with the participation of Andrés Jorge on saxophone.
