José María Saluzzi and Ignacio Montoya Carlotto presents present “silent words”

  • 06/12/2025

José María Saluzzi (Guitar)
Ignacio Montoya Carlotto (Piano)

A meeting between two musicians with a solid career and similar sensitivity gives rise to Palabras mudas, an intimate and profound project that unfolds in the unique format of guitar and piano.
From the sound dialogue that both build with subtlety and freedom, the repertoire is enriched with original compositions inspired by recent readings. Texts by Amélie Nothomb, Roberto Bolaño, Albert Camus and other authors, function as poetic triggers for these instrumental works in which the word, when silenced, turns into music.
With a delicate and thoughtful imprint, Silent words proposes an aesthetic experience in which literature converges, improvisation and contemporary composition, in the hands of two artists who honor listening and the crossing of languages.
