Natives of the city of Lincoln, Concepción Rillo and Damián Balarino, have been part of the Pianissimo Duo since 2015. Con dos cds, product of scholarships from INAMU and FNA , 3 European tours, and tours through Argentina, The duo stands out for its originality and its focus on Argentine music for two pianos and four-hand piano as well as singing and piano training., combining traditional works, new compositions and own pieces. The Duo's repertoire, includes creations by Linqueños artists (o linked to Lincoln), as Aldo Saralegui, Aldo Quadraccia, Luis Hopua, Carlos Passeggi, Concepción Rillo and Damián Balarino; as well as icons of Argentine music, Astor Piazzolla, Ábalos Brothers, Ariel Ramirez, Horacio Salgán, “Cuchi” Leguizamón among others. The concert proposes an attractive tour through various geographies and rhythms of Argentina.
