Before leaving for Europe to participate in the Festival Barnasants (Barcelona, Spain) and present live their latest album Borders (a duet with Philippe Baden Powell) different cities in Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Spain, Cecilia Zabala Vinyl Café returns to Buenos Aires in the summer to provide a unique solo concert format (guitar and vocals) where he will review his entire discography material.
No guests will be missing, special surprises and advances to its next and eighth album.
Cecilia Zabala is guitarist, composer and singer. He has combined the interpretation and making music with guitar and voice throughout his career, mixturando sensitivity, expression, technique and intuition. In his music so different styles like cross Argentine folklore, contemporary language SXX, the Jazz, tango and Brazilian music. After ten years of artistic career he has released seven albums where he managed and played both versions of classic Argentine folklore as his own compositions, developing a language where guitar and voice dialogue polyphonically in a refined universe and staff. His sixth album is dedicated to instrumental guitar works by Chilean artist Violeta Parra and was produced by Leon Gieco,in 2015 Borders present CD a duo with Brazilian pianist and composer Philippe Baden Powell. Since 2006 conducts a busy schedule of international tours in Europe, North and Latin America, performing in Festivals, Markets Music and different audiences as a soloist and with various formations.
